  • Hi Everyone!!

    I'm back from my vacation and everything went so well! Had a lot of fun, ate many ethnic foods which I know I will not be able to eat again for awhile, the wedding was amazing (did not see my ex at all or his family!!)


    Bad news? I gained 4 lbs and back at 170, oy! But it's not the end of the world. The day I got back I was 175 but it has slowly been going down. Here's hoping it gets back to 166!

    I might not be posting as often as I did before. I am moving to a different state and starting grad school so I'll be pretty busy! I will def check in time to time. Btw I was browsing some earlier posts on here- you guys are doing great!!

  • Ok, time to get serious. Family reunion is right around corner in july. Tom has passed. Family gathering over with. Nothing but me and my will-power. I will hit the 150's by end of may. I got to be strong and no little cheats until june. I plan to read this every morning.

    Syckgirlsfv - way to go! Your almost there stay strong.

    Love2b150 - bloats are the worst. Cuz you know that isn't your true weight. Keep up your water.

  • After almost 2 weeks of not moving, I'm finally down 2 lbs. Just goes to show that it may take some time, but don't give up. I know I'll hit a brick wall again at some point, but I'm heading in the right direction. Keep your spirits up my fellow dieters

  • In the 160's - hoping for a quick trip into the 150's!
  • Crap. I dunno what to do. I am holding steady. Doing really good on everything (except the 3 PB cups I had on a stressful Tuesday, and it's looking like I'll eat the last one today.) Did upper body and a little cardio on Wednesday, did legs and a little more cardio yesterday. Today I am just now breaking my fast and, while all "legal", it won't be pretty because I just cannot do nothing but protein smoothies today.

    At this point, I MAY get out of 160s in May but not by much. And the 10 I want to lose by the end of June? Fahgeddaboutit.
