and belly - Mom of five, 2 girls (21 & 10) 3 boys 16.5, 15, 13)
I know that there are toning exercises that we can do but I have yet to start them. I just walk. Blessings to you also

hiddenstar I was thinking the same thing yesterday ... I think we'll make good choices tomorrow but we should definitely eat clean today so we have some wiggle room for tomorrow
