Thanks ladies!!!
I did go and buy some gas relief tablets, omg I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders! Man, this is what I get for eating healthy?! sheesh!
I have the same effect from cauliflower, do all vegetables do this? I boil and clean them well before I eat, oy.
I weighed 168 again today =) I am relieved! I hope it goes down though!! Apart from my cheat yesterday I'm doing pretty well eating wise, but I guess something is keeping me in the 160s still.
I will look into dandelion root too! I've been drinking bittermelon tea too! My mom drinks it since she's diabetic, I think it's supposed to help with lowering blood sugar levels? Either way, the less pills the better!

hhm6 To crack those stubborn lbs may be you should try changing something drastically. May be your diet or your workout.

I get this dandelion tea from Amazon.com - it's Organic Roasted Dandelion Root by Traditional Medicinals and it's very roasty...almost like coffee! Except it's caffeine free the box says that it 'gets the juices flowing, gently stimulates the liver and supports healthy digestion'
it's slightly bitter and some people actually use it in place of coffee...it's so similar. I like it straight or with a little honey, but with creamer it would be almost just like coffee

Love2b-My mom heard about it from a friend who refused to take metformin to reduce her sugar levels, and it works great for her! My mom likes it too, doesn't taste great, but she likes it and drinks it religiously now!
She usually buys them at any asian supermarket, I have yet to see them at local chain stores like Target or Walmart.
I didn't exercise today, but I did clean the house and walk around TJmaxxx for awhile (if those even count!) lol I bought two pairs of new jeans since my old ones were so gross lol. A little sad that I'm still a size 12!!!

Prodigal dieter shall get back on track
It was a weekend of absolute FREEDOM and therefore ABSOLUTE GAIN. I did walk a bit, but I ate KFC and pizza and a whole carton of pineapple drink so today it's a 165.7
I need to make this post to remind myself that it's the end of the break and there's NO GOING BACK!
It's going to be difficult cos I have tons of work to do and I'm under a lot of stress but I shall be faithful to my body and my vows.
Enjoy your weekend y'all!

Thanks for your messages, hhm6 and love2b150!
I was going to indulge in another pizza or other fatty foods. When I was getting ready to go out, I put on a top that used to be so tight on me which has become so lose, same for the skirt I wore. And yet they were so loose on me. I looked so flat!
I stopped and thought: Oh no! No going back possible. I love what I'm seeing so much!!!
Not talking about my earings! They've become just too gorgeous now that I have a neck!
All smiles! Had some fruit today. Might be walking home tonight...
We can

thirti4thirty, I love your post ...
weigh in this morning down .6 to 163.2 but I had an interesting eating day again. we stayed out too long and I tried to burn it off at the gym but only got in a burn of 260 calories before they closed ...
B ~ Atkins chocolate shake, ½ cup cream of chicken soup w/real chicken
S ~ whopper malted eggs, banana
L ~ Atkins chocolate peanut butter bar
S ~ ¼ of a pack of cheese/pb cracker so one cracker, (I forgot my almond butter/polaner s/f grape on a slice of s/f nature's own)
D ~ little pieces of orange chicken b4 the sauce was put on it, egg roll no duck sauce and 1.5 grapefruit
and about 12+ cups of water

Oh wow, that's a great loss, love2b150. Congrats on that!
It's 165.3 this morning. At least I'm down .4
I'm going to continue making efforts.
This morning, I was pondering over the fact that in my last 3 diets, I ALWAYS stop around 72 kg. Before pigging this past week, I was weighing in at 73.8 kg. I do not think this is a coincidence. I had not thought about it before. But now I'm sure that this is a mental barrier that I'm gonna have to take down.
So I'm going to be VERY DISCIPLINE TO EXPEL THE NEXT 5 KILOS (10 POUNDS).
I'm gonna break the number 7!!!
So help me God!
