So one of my main downfalls has always been stress eating. When I'm under intense pressure, I feel like I have to be able to let something go, and it's usually my calorie counting.
Each semester at university, when finals loom over me, I stress eat really badly. Finals are next week, and I started last night.
Does anyone have experience in this, and how do you just not do it? It really doesn't help my stress, because not only am I stressed over everything else, I also start to hate myself for my eating junk and not controlling it. Last semester was my toughest yet, and I ended up gaining about 10 pounds in two months that took me three months to get rid of.
