Finally can shop off the rack!
 

I haven't posted before, but I read encouragement here a lot. I started about a month ago at 216.4 lbs. 13 months ago I weighed in at 233, so I was even pleasantly surprised at my first weigh in. I have 2 children under 3 and have moved 3 times in the last 3 years. Today I weighed in at 207.6. Not a huge drop, but great for one Month.

So the main reason I had to post was that I wanted to go for a walk this morning. My regular exercise clothes were dirty so I went to the "no mans land" area of my closet with clothes that are all too small. I pulled out a regular XL shirt and it fit! Comfortably! I've been in 2XL since I had my youngest 15 months ago. Until today.

Thank you for the encouragement. It's small things like this that make the work worth it.

That is awesome!!! Those are my fave kinds of NSVs. I love "shopping" in my closet and finding something old that fit! :D :carrot:

Congrats! The downside is that there are a lot of racks to shop from -- and a lot of money to be spent. I speak from first-hand experience. :-)
