Back onto it again, after having 2 months off (sprained both ankles really badly).

Down to 97.1 kg (213.6 lbs) today. 2.2 kg (4.4 lb) gone in 1 week!

Down 3 pounds this week to 142. I had some major water retention for 2 weeks last month due to hormones so I'm really pleased to finally see the "whoosh" this week. :D
