Hey all stress test was... awkward lol they told me to wear workout clothes but what they should have said was wear pants you can run in because you will be wearing them and a front opening gown in front of a male tech and the male dr lol. my resting heart rate was double what it has been between nerves and awkwardness.

Everything went well though. they said my heart looks and sounds normal and it sped up well with stress. Not to quickly or too slowly, nice and steady. So my heart is just officially oddly slow.

Next up, figure out if asthma or allergies cause my difficulties breathing while running.
