I've lost 30 pounds and now I'm down to the last 10 pounds. They appear to be particularly sticky. I am glad I'm not gaining, but I want those last 10 pounds GONE! Any ideas?

Just keep doing what you have been and they will eventually come off. My weight seems to halt right at the end too, usually when it does that I will jump up my workout a bit and it seems to help. You have done great so far and you should be proud of yourself. Great job.
