Hi Everyone,
I'm not sure that I'm doing this right, however I'm relatively new to Ideal Protien. I started the first of October and was doing great...totally in Ketosis and everything. I had a family reunion and didn't do as well...and now I'm totally frustrated as I haven't been able to get back on track. Just wanted to see if anyone else has struggled to "get back on" and what worked for your. I'm great during the work week, but the weekends come.....and look out! Ha Ha.... Hope I did this correctly...not sure of the thread things. |
Hi MM! :welcome: You'll figure the threads out eventually, don't worry. Meanwhile, let me direct you to the Ideal Protein forum. As for getting back on track, I think all of us, on any plan, have faced that struggle at one point or another! That's when willpower and determination have to come into play. If I'm not mistaken, Ideal Protein is high protein/low carb and so it shouldn't be carbs that are throwing you off (well, except for after you splurge on them). So that means it's really just a matter of making up your mind and deciding you are going to stick with it no matter what. If you find you just can't do it, it could be that IP is not the right plan for you. Sometimes we have to experiment to find the plan that suits us best. Good luck!
