I only eat stuff that I percieve to be good for me.

This is different to when I started my weight loss effort when it was just about only trying to eat less.

So, for example, today I was offered cheese and processed meats and some lovely breads. I did not eat them (looked delicious but too much fat/carbs). But I was also offered, and gobbled down, muesli, blueberries, raspberries, sardines, anchovies, mussels and shrimp (also delicious but awesome for me).

It's not just about saying no, but knowing when to say yes. That's where I get my discipline from.
