i m not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but i am trying to continue to lose weight, hopefully with the help of you guys!
it was a very lonely path. i hit rocks. i binged. i was anorexic for a while. i regained my confidence, it was a rolller coster.
you guys might be wondering why i joined now. after cutting from 160 to 138?
well..
im terrified that i may not be able to maintain it.
i had been self reinforcing myself. you know laying down sweets all the way by buying new clothes and stuff. but im worried that i might rebound back!
