How do you add the weight loss bar to the bottom of your posts?

Go under your user cp. On the left click on Edit Signature. It will give you directions from there.

Unless the rules have changed, you have to be a member for 20 day, which you have, but also have made 20 posts before you are permitted to have a ticker. Just a few more!
