Weekly goal
What's your oak this week? For me it's to not drink any sodas or eat any sugar. I usually keep the stuff out of the house but u slacked off these past coupled weeks! Info can make it till Friday I'm rewarding myself with a mani/pedi.

My goal this week is to make it through Halloween without having ANY swedish fish. I will be a hero to myself if I can do it, lol!

And my goal is to walk every day instead of 4 times a week as I have been. My reward hopefully will be some weightloss (which I might add has been way too slow in happening!). :) Good luck with your goal, I hope to be reading about your awesome manicure and pedicure at the end of the week! :) |

My goal is to make it through an early-bird Christmas party this Sunday without eating ANYTHING. I usually don't give myself such extreme challenges, but I've had to deal with a lot of catered and restaurant food lately and feel I need this mental reboot.

My goal this week has been to not eat any Halloween candy. I haven't had any at all this month- no caramel apples or apple spice donuts either! :D I'll give out as much as possible to the trick-or-treaters tomorrow and then dump the leftovers in the garbage. Just an update: We had very few trick-or-treaters last night due to bad weather so there was a ton of candy left over. I spent most of my night working at the kitchen table surrounded by candy and it was really tempting, but I reminded myself that there was nothing for me down that road but regret. I had a couple of cookies and a cup of low cal hot cocoa instead.
The candy was sent with my husband to the office this morning to be given away to whoever wants it or thrown out if he can't find any takers. Whew, I was glad to see it go! :D |
My goal this week is to squat with the Olympic bar at the gym. I'm just starting to lift weights and I really want to learn how to use the squat rack and bar so I do this and not feel intimidated!
