Whew, after all these years!
 

Wow...

I joined 3FC sometime in 2000, lost about 20 pounds, and later promptly gained it all back and then some.

I started losing weight again earlier this year with the help of Weight Watchers and so far am down a total of 70# from my highest weight. I remembered 3FC tonight for some reason and thought I'd pop back in... I remember it being full of friendly people, and haven't found the WW boards to be quite as friendly, so I thought I'd come back and say hello...

I've been reading the threads. I'm glad things are still busy over here... It's nice to meet all the new people (I don't recognize anyone anymore)... Just thought I'd throw my story out there!

Hi Becky! Welcome back to 3FC. I myself just joined in October 2002 and love it. You're right about the friendly people here. I have lost 42 lbs since joining largely due to the inspiration and support I find here. My regular 'thread' is "Diet, Exercise and Support" under the Misc. clubs. You're welcome to drop in there as well! There are lots of great groups in here and each one will gladly welcome you. I visit several of them besides the main one I am a part of. Again, welcome!

There are soooo many friendly people here and every group will welcome you with open arms. Just keep reading and when you find a group you like... just jump right in and join.

Congratulations on your losses so far. You are doing great. I have lost alot of weight before and then gained half of it back so I can understand where you are coming from. This time I am working so hard on making it a lifetime commitment. Good Luck and when you find a thread you like just jump right in. These people on every thread are the greatest support..
