Noooo :(

I am here to cry to you my fellow chickies. Down the street from my house is an awesome restaurant, it is a build your own pizza place with awesome fresh toppings. I can build an 8 inch pizza for 600 calories. It is often our go to for dinner when we are too lazy or exhausted to cook. It has kept me sane and helped me not feel deprived.

Today they posted on their facebook that they have "hit a roadblock" and will "hopefully reopen soon" Fingers crossed it is something not too big and they will reopen soon. But I know they were struggling so I am scared my go to for delicious quick food has been taken away from me. :(

I feel your pain! ;) I am the same when I run out of my easy "go to" foods at home.

I know how disappointing that can be! Hopefully they will be open again soon. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

How sad! I still miss my favorite restaurant that closed over 10 years ago. It was a Hawaiian-Californian fusion restaurant with the best happy hour ;)

I make my own pizza crust and make no cheese pizzas with fresh veggies. I've seen people make pizza on all kinds of bread, even crusty French bread and tortillas. So I am saying, why not make it yourself?

I agree! I used to make pizza using a La Tortilla Factory tortilla. They are huge, only 100 calories and come out nice and crispy.

I do make pizza on cauliflower crusts sometimes. But it is where we go when I am being too lazy to cook ANYTHING lol

I might try the tortilla idea tho, Ive never done that

My dad was just telling me about Jacques Pepin using a tortilla to make pizza, you're in good company.

It stinks when a place you love closes or does away with something you like. Like that Asian salad they had at McD's a few years ago, best of luck, p...kat!
