I had another rough day at work. My first thought was "Order yourself a big meal from your favorite restaurant! That'll make you feel better!!"
But it wont.
I'm going to stay on plan tonight because:
I'm worth it.
I don't need fat laden food to make me feel better.
Treating myself well, by thinking of my health rather than my stomach, is what I need.
Tomorrow, I'll be happy that I didn't stuff my face.
