Gah, I just weighed myself today and I'm up from 144 to 146. I think the 2 nights in a row of Chinese take-out can be at least partially blamed for that. I have swollen fingers so hopefully most of that weight is just fluid retention from the salty goodness.

Still, I regret nothing. :D
