Woot!

So I had the blood work done today and wow..... My blood pressure hasn't been this good in YEARS! My sugar is still high, but just slightly above normal instead of way over in diabetes land. My cholesterol is perfect, and my HDL is double than it was last year!

Overall I'm super pysched!

Plus my water retention broke today and I lost two lbs.

I feel really awesome. :D
