Sensa - Your Thoughts or Experiences
 

I'm going to try Sensa starting tomorrow, in addition to eating healthfully and working out. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it. Have you had success? Is it a good diet aid?

I know that for permanent weight loss, it is crucial to change your eating habits, which I am doing, but I wanted to find something to help me stick with that until I get a chunk of weight off (which means I'll stick with weight loss long term instead of for just a few days).

I kept forgetting to add it or take it with me! Then when I did I was thinking, "Is this really working or is it just a placebo/voodoo?" Then, "Why don't I just eat less without it?"

My dad gave it to me and my sister as a GIFT!! So there's the "Even my parents think I'm fat" coupled with, "OMG, I have to use this it's pricey!!"
