194.1 today :) 4th day steady at this weight, but I'm taking a break from calorie counting and just being mindful right now, so I expected to stay the same/fluctuate a bit. I'll take staying the same weight over gaining any day lol!

I think between being on vacation and TOM, I had some water retention masking my weight loss. Big difference in how my pants fit this week too, woohoo!
