Ready to leave the 160's behind this month

I've been solidly in the 160's for months and months and months, it's crunch time as my birthday (51) and my goal of 150 while I'm 50 is looming large.

So hoping to start a new getting out of the 160s thread, any help and support is much appreciated!

Thanks :sunny:

I'm glad to see this thread!! I've been flip flopping through the 170s for 3 months now!! and just trying to get into the mid 160s and STAY THERE. But no I keep eating junk now and then and loosing track, but it's 3 months until the birthday and I want to get close as I can to my goal weight!!

I know it's not the 160s, but the momentum in these groups really helps me!! Good luck!! :carrot:

Me too! It took me what seemed like ages to bust out of the 170s and into the 160s, now I feel like I'm digging in and pushing to get out of the 160s! I've been stuck at 163 for a bit now and I am so eager for the 150s!

Feeling off to a good start on kicking these 160's hiney...lol

Finished week one of c25k and feeling motivated to press on. If Diana Nyad can keep trying until she swims across the freakin ocean, I can press on to jog 3.1 miles :D

Best to all and LET'S DO IT!

I'm right there with you. Can't seem to get out of the 160's. I hate it! I really boosted my workouts the past 2 weeks. Hoping I can keep the momentum up.

My birthday is in a couple of weeks - I'm sure I won't be out of the 160's by then. But perhaps a few pounds less?

Thanks for the kick in the pants! Isn't that the truth - if she can do it - I have no excuses. No jellyfish stinging my face, no chance of sharks getting me. I just have to head out the door for a walk/run or pop a dvd in. let's do this!

MrsKevin and Ellie thanks for the upbeat support, we can definitely do this!

Went up a bit, not unexpected, need to get back on track with my water intake...there's always something...

Best to all :sunny:

The 160s are tough....been battling myself but im see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now that we are both smaller be sure the watch your diet. I know for myself that I had to reassess my intake and the scale is moving in the right direction.

You can do !!

Thanks Cosmic Wisdom - I'm sure you're right, I think I'll try and journal my intake this week and see what's happening. I know I loosen up on the weekend, now I'm working 4 instead of 5 days so have to be more careful with the three day weekend.
