Getting going again?

So I have been maintaining 144 for a while now, mostly because I just needed a break. The past two days I have been back on weight loss calories and I think I'm ready to work again. I have been doing some Internet dating and would like to not feel like I am going to be a first meeting disappointment. Of course that is not the only reason for pushing on but that's whats motivating me at the moment.
