When i was younger i rented a video called make the connection by oprah. i had been trying to find it everywhere to buy it with no success because it was made in 1997. well i found one on amazon for 88 cents!:bike: this movie was so inspiring and tells of oprahs weight loss battles and journey and a few other stories from women. i would recommend every person trying to find :dust: to watch this movie. Everyone on here deserves to make their dreams of weightloss come true!!!:grouphug:

I once read a book by Oprah about losing weight, and at the time it was certainly helpful for me. :)

I had an Oprah weight loss journal in the late 1990s. I loved it.

I read Make the connection, you're right very inspiring. Oprah is also mentioned in Bob Greene's Total body makeover. It's a great book, too. I still use it for my exercises.
