Like the title says I've lost another pound, I wish the pounds were coming off faster but at least Im not gaining so its okay

I wear 1 pound wrist weights. Each time I put them on and take them off, I hold them for just a moment. I take the time to appreciate "one pound". Each pound loss is monumental.

Terra, congrats! I wish more people would appreciate each pound that they lose. And Lanabug, thanks for the reminder pic! Just imagine that pile of fat on your hip or in your arm or on your face. A pound is a big deal!

I love this group! I think we all need reminding from time to time that each pound IS a big deal...and that it all truly DOES add up! Each week IS a step closer to the new US and we WILL get there, one step at a time!
