I grew. Now what should my goal weight be???

  • I want to be skinny. My original goal weigh was 110 but my dad measured me and it turns out I'm 5ft8. What should my goal weight be? I'm almost 18 by the way so I think this is it for my growth lol-it's the same height as my birth mother.
  • Also I'm completely over being 110 or the like. I want to backpack around the world starting when I graduate from high school (1 year left). So I'll need a fit body. I want my body to be fit and thin.
  • Maybe aim for 140 and see how you feel when you get there?
  • Your goal weight, unless you have an incredibly small frame (which I don't believe you do, based on your pictures you have a normal frame ) should probably be in the 130-140 range. That should be fit and slender. Not 'skinny', as in 'not skin and bones and not much else', but definitely on the smaller side for your height.
  • Start working out if you aren't already to be fit. I dunno about the weight, maybe 140-160 depending on your frame?
  • 120-130 if you want to be skinny. 130-150 if you want to be…’normal’.
