What's your small success?

I had a small little success yesterday. I had to go to abpartnof town yesterday that I don't normally go to because its near a Krispy Kreme. My past here is legendary. I can eat a half dozen hot doughnuts in 10 minutes flat and have done so many times. It's amazing how much anxiety I was feeling because even though I've been able to go by there and successfully abstain from eating any doughnuts I have never done it without feeling deprivation and that has always led to a binge. So I had one doughnut, enjoyed every morsel and then I was fine the rest of the day, no cravings and no binges. I know it sounds small but this is huge for me!

I have been OP for three days after feasting for 2 months straight and not be able stay OP more that 1 day before falling off the wagon again.

Congrats on passing up those doughnuts, you must feel fab about it today! :high:

I've got out and walked four times this last week. And I get up early before my husband and make breakfast and have alittle dance party I'm my kitchen the past two days just to burn some more calories and earn more activity points. This is huge for because before I never moved unless it was to clean.

I went for a walk/run for the first time today without my exercise partner. It's huge for me because I've always been really lazy and couldn't imagine going unless I was pushed by someone.

Congrats! :carrot: these arre awesome successes!
Mine is at staying on track to see changes on the scale instead of using the scale to decide my moods. Also, not bingeing when a hugely emotional event occurred. I feel deflated but am trying to stay on track and not let my emotions be the source of. My decisions about food.

I suffer from FBS (flat butt syndrome). No matter how much weight I gain, my butt remains perfectly flat. I'll gain a whole lot in my stomach. I'll get a lovely roll of back fat above my butt. And still my butt remains flat.

So my small victory is that my squats have given my butt a nice round shape. I'm so happy about it I find myself checking out my own butt in the mirror.

I love Krispy Kreme so I know how hard it can be to say no to a second doughnut. Great job. And great job to everyone. I like reading about other people's successes as it inspires me. I hope more people will post.

I'm so glad this can be done! (butt shaping ;)). Congrats!

How long did it take you to achieve a more rounded form? lol

I went jeans shopping yesterday at Old Navy. Not only did I score 2 pairs of jeans for $29, but I walked out with 2 pairs of perfectly fitting 14s instead of 16s. :)

I followed the 200 Squats program (first column as I could only do about 10). And shockingly by the end of the third week there was a noticeable round butt on my backside. Honestly I kind of wondered about it, but I read that because I don't have fat covering my butt (Flat Butt Syndrome) that is why the muscle development showed so easily.

I will add there were days of soreness from the squats. I had 2 days after Week 3 Day 1 where I was worried that I would get stuck on the toilet as I was too sore to get back up. So it wasn't easy. But it was relatively quick.
