and so it begins.... again
Hi all... I was in 'Introductions' and I don't feel right staying there longer than few days... so here I am :D... anyway today is my 3rd day of joining 3FC what did I do or didn't do today????
Exercise - walking 10 000 steps a day - I did it :carrot::carrot::carrot:... strangely enough it was my cravings for 'fried flour' prompt me to achieve the 10 000 steps... take that you evil craving muahhhaahhaaa... sorry Drink - 2 liters of water - another :carrot: Sleep - hit the sack by 12 midnight... :( Coffee with goat's milk and honey... another day without white sugar :D |

Day 4
I saw some of the before/after photos here and they are awesome... a note to self 'if they can achieve their goals I can do it too' :D
My achievement today... Exercise - walking 10 000 steps a day - I did it ... took me 1 hrs 20 minutes to do it. Hopefully I can improve the time :D Drink - 2 liters of water - I'm sure I can clear the tumbler by bed time :D Sleep - hit the sack by 12 midnight... m feeling a bit tired so YEESSSS. Coffee with goat's milk and honey... I was out this morning and had my coffee with sweet condensed milk :( I hope you too had or will have a great day today. |
Welcome! Fantastic job on the achievements yesterday and today! You must be several time zones away from me because it is only 8:30am here and you have already accomplished so much :) I am fairly new here also and thing this place is just amazing. Day 5 - down down down
I was a bit down today and felt like not doing any thing BUT I managed to force myself and walked for an hour. It didn't reach the target and I still feel down, at least I was walking while feeling down instead of sitting down and feeling down :D

Day 11
I got my blood test results today. As expected, my HBA1C in still in 'poor control' but I'm happy because this time around there is no glucose in the urine :) and my total cholesterol and LDL are still above the limits but my HDL has risen and the total/HDL ratio has moved lower to the safe zone :). The rest are a okay :carrot::carrot::carrot:. So for the next three months, I'm going to lower the HBA1C, total cholesterol, LDL and lose three kgs... FUHHH!!!!
