Plateau tips?

Can anyone suggest any tips on breaking through a plateau? Thanks R |
Drink more water. IF you are working out alot add an extra oz of protein. make sure you are eating healthy fats, like avocado-in moderation.

I was stuck at the same weight for almost 3 months. What I did to break through it was have a mini-diet vacation. For one weekend I ate as much as I possibly could. It turned out not to be a lot, at least compared to what I used to eat, but it did the trick. After an initial 2 pound gain I lost that plus an additional 5 in 3 weeks.

Patience! Sometimes it just takes our bodies awhile to catch up to what we are doing!:hug::D

Only thing I can think of is more exercise and maybe reduce the calories further I know weight after the initial fluids have gone the fat takes longer
