Ugh, how awful to have to hear that. :( I agree with scood that what your co-worker said speaks to her own insecurities and says nothing about you.

Ugh, that was totally uncalled for. Try to feel sorry for her, she's probably alienated a lot of people with her negativity and obsession with her weight.
