My weigh-in day is Friday, so perfect timing!

1 am 130 lbs today, down 2 lbs from last week, and down 8 lbs total. :)

146.2 today. Still have a pound or two left to lose after returning home for high school and family reunions. Nothing like a family reunion to make you remember how many sweet treats you used to eat. And how little healthy food your relatives eat. It was a relief to be back home.

The downside is if I'm out doing something, I have to drink a lot of water before I go and usually bring some with me if I know I won't have access to water. If I don't I'm dying of thirst in a few hours.
