I Lost Another Pound
Like the title says I've lost another pound, I wish the pounds were coming off faster but at least Im not gaining so its okay

I wear 1 pound wrist weights. Each time I put them on and take them off, I hold them for just a moment. I take the time to appreciate "one pound". Each pound loss is monumental.

Terra , congrats! I wish more people would appreciate each pound that they lose. And Lanabug , thanks for the reminder pic! Just imagine that pile of fat on your hip or in your arm or on your face. A pound is a big deal!

I love this group! I think we all need reminding from time to time that each pound IS a big deal...and that it all truly DOES add up! Each week IS a step closer to the new US and we WILL get there, one step at a time!
