That even though I haven't been successful in losing weight I've learned and gained so much from being a member of this forum.

So many of you have been there for me, giving advice and motivation.

You just haven't found the right formula yet. Neither have I, but this time I am going to keep reading and posting on here and hope that I get back on the wagon pretty soon.
