!!! Here's to getting rid of lots of those! (I might print that out and stick it on my fridge, haha!)
. I have a new plan, and a summer of baring my new bod to the whole world, so I am going to aim for the high, high goal of 8 lbs - 2 lbs a week. That will put me at 11 stone 10 (164lbs) which is my next mini-goal. Fingers crossed that maybe it will work this time! I weigh on Saturdays or Sundays.
and eyyyuuuu that fat.. I want to lose 10 of those... WOW what will I look like if I do?
