I'm assuming that the slight weight gain I had last few days was fluid. Annoying but at least it went away. And wow, it's July already? When did that happen and where did June go?
I'm doing the Memorial Day to Labor Day challenge, but will also join here for the month. I need motivation during July, the hottest month of the year in my area.
While I would love to lose 8 pounds to get out of the 140s, 6 is more realistic. I guess I'll split the difference and go for 7.
Okay, that is a new low for me this time, so it makes me reeeally happy to see it. I had been at 145 consistently before TOM and then I didn't know, but was hoping, that after TOM I would see some actual movement
It looks like that may be the case. 2lbs is a nice whoosh (heck as much movement as I have had in the last two months!!) and so I'm hoping I stay on that train for a while longer.
OK, I'm in. Really need to get on track this summer as I gained 4 pounds last month! I want to lose 6 pounds in July. (I really want to lose 8 but that's the most I have ever lost in a month so let's be realistic.)

Not sure if I can actually make this goal weight, but I am up a bit today, and I would love love LOVE to see 16_ on the scale by August 1st! Best of luck to all!
Alright. My starting weight is 181, and I'm trying to get down to 173. I think it's an ambitious goal, but I'm gonna be doing Insanity every day this month and the next, so we'll see what happens!

Just wanted to comment that I have noticed how you are so good about weighing and posting regularly.
Also I notice your very nice downward trend, and if your body is losing at that good of a pace then you are obviously being very committed in 'real' life.
I'm not one that comments or does personals a lot either, and I really admire those that do. I'm more the type to comment on something if it has some sort of significance to a specific point, or I feel like I can add something to the conversation I will.
But I see you and notice your consistency, so I thought I would comment on that
