I'm happy with progress this week given a "bad" weekend (last weekend). My goal is to stay on plan this weekend and to not have to use most of next week to recover this week's losses!!! Tonight should be easy as I have no plans. Tomorrow night will be harder as I'm going to a BBQ with friends where most folks are heavy eaters and drinkers, then Sunday I'll be eating out twice but am motivated to make good choices.
