I will be back to post, but right now I have to get my butt to work on time. Once I get there I will call you up and give you a post:)

Getinfit 06-12-2003 08:25 AM

Me again...

I decided to pull out the scale a bit early as I have been doing so well with my eating--scarily (is that word?) well, in fact!

The verdict is........

DOWN 2 lbs.!!!! Wahoo!!

 :dancer: :cb:  :dancer: :cb:  :dancer:

Ok...now, I am REALLY off to go workout!!

Happy in NH......

peekabooangel 06-12-2003 08:36 AM

:bravo: Michelle, you go girl....congrats on the loss.

I'm here at work now and figured I better get this post in before the boss gets here for the day. I have a major project to work on with her today, so I won't be around after this till this afternoon sometime.

I plan on food being good today!! I broght a WW meal for lunch and my trusty flavored waters.

I hope everyone is waking to nice weather and is starting their day off nice.

Tootles,
Peek

gma22 06-12-2003 09:14 AM

Thursday: Time for us! Try and get some time for yourself today!

Whoopdeedoo for Michelle! Nothing like a weight loss to get you up and running! Congratulations!

Hey guys! I was up at 1 AM looking at clothes for this wedding and found a dress I love, but to be truthful besides being nervous about fit and getting here on time, I plain don't want to spend $130 for something I hopefully will shrink out of. I was just a mess about it really laying in bed this morning when VOILA it came to me. I jumped up and ran to the closet that holds all my suits and dress clothes (none of them fit properly anymore, thus the need to buy something). Several years back I bought a bunch of clothes to take on a cruise we never got to take, most of them were pretty snug. One of them was this gauze dress and jacket. My gut/butt always made the dress pretty snug, but I thought I would chance it this morning. It slid right down over this butt of mine! The only drawback is when we moved it got stained on the sleeve of the jack and front of the dress and I am working on that and 2 it is white. BUT, I figure since this is a 3rd wedding, I am going to go ahead and wear it because it will work so well. I will get a really spiffy pair of mules or dressy sandals and silver jewelry to take away from the white dress. (I just checked on the stain and they are both coming out! yahoo!) Now I can spend that money on my hair, nails, handbag and shoes!

I sure hope the storms hold off long enough for me to get in and out of the pool. It technically doesn't open until 9 and though it may not be locked, I try and obey the rules.

Not much else going on this morning. I am getting ready to clean downstairs today but that is about as exciting as it gets.

Faye ;)

Getinfit 06-12-2003 10:17 AM

Perfect!

Hey Faye! Perfect idea!!!! You are so right about spending that kind of money on something that you may not be able to wear again!! And doesn't it feel so AWESOME that you CAN fit into that dress??? Way to go!! A nice little bonus :dancer: You can always use the shoes and handbag again and again, so, this is a great idea.

When is the wedding?

Have fun in the pool. I could really use a dip after my workout this morning. Any of you gals ever done step aerobics? I have the Kathy Smith Air Bench video. It is different from the traditional step. Wow!! Intense!!! It is quite humid this morning and I am literally drenched right now!! A swim would be really nice, but gotta finish opening it up. Hopefully, hubby can work on it tonight :crossed:

Enjoy the day :df:

gma22 06-12-2003 11:22 AM

I did my 45 minutes dispite the rain. Actually, it was just sprinkling and no thunder or anything so I thought, "what the heck I am going to get wet anyway!" It is so good to be able to do something that is good for you and you enjoy. Maybe I can find an indoor pool to do in the fall and winter, otherwise I suppose I will go back to walking.

Michelle: I can't do anything step. About 7 years ago, I fell off a chair putting up a valance and dislocated my right knee and thumb. Because I was obese, the stupid and I do mean STUPID orthopedist at the hospital refused to do anything for me. He said I should lose weight and it would right itself. Well, it hasn't. Every once in awhile, it will go out and make me stumble. I have had several near falls and a couple doozies from it. I am waiting until I am at goal and then I am going in and see if there is something that can be done.

Well, this is not getting my shower after my workout or the mopping done downstairs to finish it up so I had better go.

Faye:)

mugirl213 06-12-2003 02:42 PM

Hey girlies, how are you this Thursday? I'm doing OK in my little side of the world I seem to be doing ok with the weight loss as well. Kinda kept it off despite the 3 pieces of cheesecake this week. :o But that's OK. AND I got my workout in last night, walked about 20 blocks to get my Wednesday night pizza with guy #2! LOL

Michelle ~ Big congrats on your weight loss :lucky: you go girlfriend!

Faye ~ That is GREAT news on the dress! I was not so fortunate myself...I went to put on the first shorts of the season last night and a new pair I bought 2 months ago, don't fit! I don't quite understand it, so that shook me a little, but today I am feeling strong! Something weird must be up with those shorts, LOL, so I went to target and bought a new pair this morning! I am also very sorry to hear about your orthopedist. I think you may even look into suing! That's caused you premanent pain and suffering b/c of his neglegence!

Anyway, I'm maintaining over here. I did AWESOME yesterday with my plan, I met 2 mini goals of mine...I only ate one bad thing, and it was only a tootsie roll pop...and then I had 2 smaller pieces of pizza as opposed to the 3 I normally eat. Plus I still got that exercise in. So I'm psyched.

OK I need some advice. I think I've reached te point where I want to get rid of one of my guys..#2. But I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I've never actually broken up with anyone..yes I am 25 and haven't broken up with anyone...I just usally stop seeing them and slack off, but this time, it won't work. I work with this guy, literally right next to him. And he can be kinda "bi-polar" in his actions and emotions sometimes which freaks me out and is part of the reason I want to end it with him. I would like to maintain a friendship, but he's kinda an "all or nothing" type of guy. So I'm worried that he'll be detrimental to my working environment (#1 I know I should have thought of this...:o...#2 My boss already hates me.) and that he won't be able to accept friendship. I mean a big complaint is his atheism (I'm not overly religious, I'm more agnostic) and his financial planning (he's 34, has no savings and "just stopped paying" his student loans and credit card bill. So that's my life..I'm just trying to figure out the best way to dump him... HELP.

OK that was my off topic rant, I'm back to the trenches of work! LOL

Have a great day ladies!

:queen: Missy :queen:

gma22 06-12-2003 03:22 PM

Michelle: Good gravy girl that is kind of messy. I think your best course of action is to ease out of the relationship. If he is manic in his actions, then it really isn't going to make much difference how you handle it, but it might save your job if you have trouble with your boss. I would find something legitimate to take up my time where I normally would be seeing him. Don't drop him right away, but make it clear that because of your commitment that you are only going to be able to see him like one night a week. Then back out of it further by telling him you met someone (wherever you met this other guy) and want to pursue the relationship with him. You will need to sweeten it up a lot like I really treasured our time together and want to stay friends and do things together from time to time etc. Wouldn't hurt if he could get interested in someone else either. This one if one of those "I learned a big lesson from this" sort of thing! Good luck sweety!

Where is everyone today? Must have a busy day! Hope everyone is dong well and staying OP!

Faye;)

mugirl213 06-12-2003 05:14 PM

Faye ~ you crack me up! LOL You are another person to add to my list of people who call me Michelle! hahahah! :) It's so weird, when I started working at my current job there were 5 different people that called me that. Here it's especially confusing with all the other "real" Michelle's. :) but I got the drift. ;)

That's a good idea though Faye, start acting too busy to hang out with him. I mean I do really like him as a person, not just as a future mate, ya know? But my concern with that is I know he starts to get more annoyed/angry when I don't hang out with him. But then I just say..hey buddy, my (fill in the blank) is more important to me.

OK, I swear I'm done talking about this. I just needed some married ladies' prospectives from you guys!

peekabooangel 06-12-2003 05:25 PM

Finally, I'm back at my computer screen. The day was soooooo busy, I didn't get time to come back. Then I got home and my brothers girlfriend was here so I had to visit, now I'm doing supper and here.....good thing woman can multi task:) .

Missy: Oh my, what a perdiciment you are in. Wish I could give you some good solid advice, but I've never been in that situation. Hope all goes well with letting #2 down.

Faye: Swimming in the rain, so true that you will only be getting wet anyway, and if there is no thunder and lightning you may as well swim. Way to go sticking to it. Good choice on the dress for the wedding too, maybe she won't be in White since you said it is her 3rd. She will be so suprised.

where is everyone else?????

Toot Toot Tootles,
Peek

gma22 06-12-2003 06:09 PM

Ok Darn it, I think we are all going to take numbers and use them instead of names!

Sorry, Missy, I guess I was brain dead for a minute!

Peek: How is the new baby coming along? I can't wait to see a picture of her!

Not much to talk about. My food could have been better today. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely could have been "tighter" so to speak.

Well, just peeked in as I was checking an e-mail response. I need to go.

Friday is Fabulous lbs down Friday. Hope everyone did well this week!

Faye:dizzy:

peekabooangel 06-13-2003 07:33 AM

Okay my beautiful woman, Where are the posts? I went to bed early last night, then on here in the a.m to see what there was to read and there was nothing new? Where is everyone hiding? Did you all go to bed early?

The kids just headed out the door, they have a full day of school today and 1/2 on Monday and that's it for the year. Let the summer time begin. Which means, after a day of work I will get to come home to MOM what can we do, can we go here there everywhere......oh the joys of motherhood. Actually, I would not trade my kiddos for anything, they are my world, and I try to sit and remember what it was like at 5 and 11 and know what they want to do. My kids are a bit spoiled but well, I guess I try to give them the stuff I didn't have, but that gets me to another story and I don't want to go there today.

I'm hoping work is a little calmer today, but who knows. Just glad the weekend is here and can enjoy a couple of days. Although the weather man says rain tonight and tomorrow.

Okay today is Friday Faye? What is the deals for Friday? Please e mail me the day things.....example....MON=whatever we are calling mondays.....like Thursday is time for yourself day? Then I will make up a starting post for the thread that we can just copy and paste to a new one when it is time to start.

Okay gotta run to jump in the shower and get my butt to work, will try to check in from there today if it's not crazy.

Tootles,
:rain: Peek

TGIF

Well, Friday is here...which means it is ALMOST the weekend :balloons:

Missy: I agree with the advice that Faye gave you about this guy #2. Just be careful. Given what you have said about this guy, I think you are making a very wise decision to put a halt to this relationship. Good luck!! :lucky:

Faye: That is awful about your knee problems. Some doctors are total idiots and I don't know how they make it in their profession. Even some rehab by a physical therapist would be a good thing for you at this point. The longer you put off a knee problem, the worse it gets and the harder it is to fix, so please don't put it off! Just think, you could be doing some simple exercises that could bring you lots of relief and be strengthening at the same time. Ok....I will stop lecturing now, Just don't want you to get worse over time!

Peek: How come mothers don't get a summer vacation?? Do you have anything exciting planned for the summer? Will you be able to take any time off to do something as a family?

Yikes! I just realized today is Friday the 13th! :fr: :chin: Better stay away from any black cats, don't walk under ladders, and my dad would add stay away from elevators to the list. When he was working as an electrician, he was training a new guy. He worked at Plymouth State College. They were working on the elevators and the idiot new guy turned the elevator on while my dad was doing whatever. His right hand got caught in the belts and it took off all fingers down to the first and second joints, except for his thumb! Needless to say, my dad is always a bit leary on Friday the 13th!! :faint:

Well, I need to get steppin and get some other things done today. I guess I won't be working outside as it is raining AGAIN! :rain:

Have a great OP day, gals!! What happened to Deon and Gigglez? Hope to see you 2 soon :goodvibes:

Hugs!

gma22 06-13-2003 09:41 AM

FRIDAY: Fabulous Lbs down. If you don't have a loss that is ok, tell us goals etc

Good morning everyone! Man I was so tired last night I went to bed before the chickens and that is pretty early!

I am kind of sore this morning but I really did a tough routine yesterday so that is probably the cause. Mostly it is my hips and I do 4 reps of 10 of total legs circles in the water and the ole hip doesn't like the forward ones much!

I am down another 3 lbs. I have been bouncing around this week, but I think it is because of TOM and I think I am starting to build muscle so my weight is going to slow down. No problemo as long as my body shrinks!

I talked to my grandson yesterday, who will the three in a couple weeks. He told me he was going to take his Granddad to "Cracker Bawwel" for lunch on Saturday for Father's Day. He said, "I think Granddad would like Cracker Bawwel." Now that surprised us all because usually if you ask him where HE wants to eat it is either, "Quigznos" (Quiznos) or "Woobys" (Lubys). I have no idea why he likes Lubys, but Quiznos has barstool chairs and he likes sitting in the "high chairs" as he calls them. I told my dh his grandson wanted to take him to lunch on Saturday for Father's Day. "Where's he want to go, Quiznos?" I don't think dh was thrilled with either one, but he bucked up and said, "Well, wherever he wants to take me is ok."

Today is a totally off day. I have everything done in the house so I can veg out. Not that I don't veg a lot considering I don't work and have no kids in the house, but ask Peek, I am usually cleaning something!

I am going to go and get my suit on and do my daily chores and then go get in the pool while the sun is still out. I looked at the weekly forcast on weather channel and it is predicting rain for a whole week intermittantly I guess.

BYEEEEEEEE!
Faye:)
PS: went to the pool and did my 45 and came back and got hit for Friday the 13th I guess. My cat tore one of my library books to BITS! There goes $20.00 down the drain!

mugirl213 06-13-2003 11:03 AM

Well well well...despite the 3 pieces of cheesecake, the two slices of pizza, the fried ice cream, chips and salsa, cotton candy AND an omelette this morning, I'm doing rather well on weight. I weighed in this AM and it looks like I'm maintaining at 146 (which ****, i'm happy with after the bad stuff I ate this week). And the scale even blinked between 145 and 146!!! LOL :D

After some thought about my eating habits and s I've figured some things out this week.

1. I am doing better...:smug: but not perfect  on "letting things go. I.e. Not feeling guilty for a long time.

2. I feel very determined to meet my loss goals, and have given myself a reasonable deadline of September 1 to be at 130lbs. (It's a little more than a pound a week, which I figured out from 150lbs, where I'm usually at).

3. I did really well at eating well here at work, my biggest downfall, but there were ALOT of temptations. I even cut out my afternoon snack completely.

4. Being with my #2 guy is making me unhappy and is probably in some ways making me fail at my loss. (He was a little rude to me about my goals this week, but suprisingly that made me more determined to lose).

5. I have come to realize I'm being a big :bb: about breaking up with my #2 and I just have to do it!!!

SO I think I'm on the right track to changing my bad habits. At least I HOPE I am. :p

Anyway, hope everyone is doing awesome today! I am going out with my best friend on Saturday night (if I can kick this cold that is) and we are gonna dress up and party down! LOL This friend is very good for my self esteem, so we're gonna look hot and try to find me a whole new man. LOL

I'll check in later girls! Have a SUPER loss day!!!!!

:queen: Missy :queen:

gma22 06-13-2003 11:45 AM

Missy: That is great all the way around. You WILL succeed because you are using all the tools and putting your head where it belongs. When I discovered that sitting around boo hooing about having a bad eating day or whatever, I was just plain wasting energy and my time. You can't go back only forward so that is what you have to do. Hope you can extricate yourself from #2. Dope sounds like kind of a jerk to me, but my experience with men is limited. Dh was my first and only boyfriend, lover etc. so what the heck do I know about anything! I was just lucky to listen to God when he told me, "This is the guy for you!" A lot of people think I am full of bologna, but I am convinced that he was the partner God had destined for me. He and I are totally different come from two different parts of the country (me Indiana, he New Mexico) and I would never ever have met him without God's hand in it completely. He loves me unconditionally, is my best friend in the world, treats me like a queen and doesn't have tooooo many bad habits!

Well, I have yakked about myself long enough. I need to wash the clorine off and see if I can put the book back together enough to at least read it. It is a darn good book! :( :(

Faye;)

gigglez 06-13-2003 12:29 PM

Greetings from the resident lurker!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been taking time to get some things in prespective. Last week the eating was awful and workouts were nonexistent but I still managed to loose .8. Right now I am trying to figure out a way to stay where I am at and not to have to move. Suprisingly enough I am getting better at home, part of me wonders if he has had a change of heart and don't know how to say so. Sorry to drop in and run but gotta get ready for work.

gma22 06-13-2003 12:42 PM

Michelle: I am a firm believer in fixing things if you can and keep the marriage intact. It is your gut you have to go with. YOU HAVE to communicate though and not assume. I mean, not go in like a bull in a china shop, but the "Bob, I really love you and want us to stay together if at all possible. Isn't there a way we can work this out for the good of both of us?" Might be a good way to feel things out. (Name used only for the interest of having a name to use instead of HEY STUPID JACKASS!)

Actually, I have still not gotten in the shower. I got this idea about the dress so I went off on a tangent. I decided to use earth colors instead of silver. Below is a pic of the dress with the belt and necklace I am going to use. I am going to get cork like dressy sandals, macrame, something in that range and try and find some wooden earrings. I have handbags that will go nice with this too so won't have to buy one, though I LOVE handbags!

Anyway, since we have a nice age variety here, I am depending on you to be honest and tell me what you think of the outfit. Thanks for your input!

Faye:)

loranden 06-13-2003 01:21 PM

Here I am--the day after yet another severe storm!

A funnel cloud was spotted north of Pittsburgh last night. Where I live, the thunder was so strong it shook the house and both cats hid for hours (my poor furkids). Now the word is flood watch--good thing I live on a hillside!

Anyway, I am down two more pounds since last week :cp: ! And...provided there are no weather delays, Brian arrives around 6:14 PM tonight my time:) I'm excited!!!!!

Hope all are having a great Friday despite it being the 13th :yikes:! Ms Excitement here did the cat box and the laundry.

mugirl213 06-13-2003 03:22 PM

Faye ~ I LOVE the dress, it's like a greek goddess! The necklace is really cool too, but I would lose the belt... it's hard to tell what exactly it looks like but it looks too dark, maybe black? And you don't wanna mix black and brown (at least I don't, some disagree with me on this. I think a pretty summer scarf (one of those sheer ones) might look really neat...i'm trying to think. I'd suggest those macrame-esque belts that are hot right now, but that would probably make the dress too casual for the wedding. Actually you could totally lose the belt (unless you want it for some definition), cause that would look pretty too! Good luck and show us a pic of the finished product!

peekabooangel 06-13-2003 03:46 PM

Hey there girls,

Faye: I like the dress, but I'm with Missy, I think if you loose the belt it will look great;) . And the shoes you describe will look great with it too.

Sandy: Good luck with hubby, I hope all works out the way you want it to.

Missy: Hope you can loose #2 the way you want. How did you get into such a pickle???:o .

Michelle: Yup, I will have pleant of time for the family stuff too. I have weekends off and Tuesdays off too, so I can just take Mondays when we want to go camping and then I will have a 4 day stretch off. My boss is wonderful, and won't mind that at all. I guess if I were your dad I would be leary too....poor man.

We are having a kind of low key fathers day around here, money is always tight in June, so my step-dad and hubbys dad will be getting homemade cinnimon rolls and my dad will get an IOU for when I see him. My hubby put in a request that I'm not sharing, he can be so perverted sometimes.

Okay gotta run,
PEEK

mugirl213 06-13-2003 05:15 PM

Sandy...I've been wondering how I got myself into this predicament. But the basic jist is this. I was with my boyfriend for 2+ years and things were kinda blah after I had this minor health scare (I thought for over a year I had an STD, but actually didn't...and I thought HE gave it to me...turns out I didn't and all is actually well) it kinda drove a wedge through us. So, my attention kinda strayed to the "mysterious and brooding co-worker". And we got involved and i took a break away from the boyfriend and then was involved with my co-worker. Sooo..then we decided to try dating again, so here I am with both of them. LOL...it's quite a pickle!

gma22 06-13-2003 06:09 PM

Hello lovely ladies!

Thanks for all the input. The belt is brown though I agree it looks black in the pic.

Since we are making the trip up to my girlfriend's dh is getting his present late. He wants a router to network the other computer for internet so that is what he is getting.

Peek: Homemade cinnamon rolls? Hey didn't you miss all us ladies when Mothers' Day rolled around? Pay UP!

Dh cooked us burgers out on the grill and goofed and put regular cheese on mine, but what could I do except scrape it off. I am pretty sure I still came in under my fat calories which is what I really worry about.

DH told me a story last night about an elderly woman that got popped in the mouth with something on Rosie O'Donnell's show a few months back when she or her guest were shooting that stuff they do out into the audience with those sling shot things. Anyway, this 71 year old woman is suing claiming the hit in the mouth caused emotional damage because she can't kiss her boyfriend! Silly suit, but YAHOO for the old folks!

Everyone have a lovely weekend.

Tomorrow is SUNNY THOUGHTS SATURDAY!

Faye:)

peekabooangel 06-13-2003 06:32 PM

Faye: love the story of the older lady who is suing Rosie....
Did you watch Dr. Phil today? I was wondering who got the deal at the end? If anyone knows please fill me in.

Missy: Don't know what to tell ya that you don't already know and havn't already heard, so I won't lecture. LOL Do they know about each other?

gma22 06-14-2003 08:33 AM

SATURDAY: Today is Sunny Thoughts Saturday. Jump in and give us some happiness!

Good Morning ladies!

I am not sure if it has decided whether or not it is going to rain today. I sure hope it holds off long enough to get my pool work in. I am kind of wiped because last night was a tough night. My husband has recurring bursitis in his hips and last night it decided to hit him in both hips. It is so painful for him that it actually makes him cry. He took some anti-inflammatories and put some ICY HOT on both hips and finally after about 2 hours or so came back to bed and finally got some sleep. Me, I stayed awake until I could hear him sleeping for sure!

My sunny thought for today is this: Love your friends and your family for who they are not who you want them to be. They might disappoint us from time to time, but they are worth the love we give to them.

I will check in later and see if anyone has posted and respond in kind. Hope you ladies have a great morning!

Faye:flow2:

peekabooangel 06-14-2003 09:30 AM

Morning girls,
Faye: Hope hubby is better today. Thanks for sending sunny wishes this way but we woke up to down pouring rain this morning and it still is.

I hope everyone is starting their day nicely. I will be back later.

Tootles,
PEEK

Jane 06-14-2003 05:25 PM

Hi ladies,

I don't have much time, but wanted to say HI. I had fun with my sister but was glad it was a short visit. Dorothy was right -There's no place like home! Today was the twins' birthday party. They had so much fun, and seemed to like all the people being there.

I have stayed OP all week and have got in all the water, too. Tomorrow is weigh in, and I'll let you know how it goes.

See you later,
Jana

peekabooangel 06-14-2003 06:06 PM

Hi all,
What a busy day I have had. I have done I don't know how much laundry and am still doing it. With 4 people it sure does pile up. Then I have been baking. I have made a pumpkin pie for hubby for Daddy's day. I made cinnimon rolls and just finished making Whoopie Pies, and then I put super in the oven "Shepards PIE"
My mom called and wanted to take me and the kids out to lunch, so we went to one of the local Pizza joints. Mom and I ordered a small pizza to split. Alexis had cheese bread, and Evan had a small Ham and cheese sub. We all had sodas and that came to $30.07...."WOW" that was an expensive lunch, concidering we had a small pizza.
Jana: I'm glad you had a nice visit with your sister, but yes, I love coming home when I have been away. Nothing like that first nights sleep is there. Glad the twins b-day went well too.

Faye: Hope the sun was out in your part of the country today.

Tootles,
PEEK

gma22 06-14-2003 07:10 PM

Hey everybody! Hope you're having fun today.

Jana: I love traveling, but actually hate coming back and facing all the laundry and putting stuff away. We take so much junk with us you would think we were moving or something, snacks, drinks, books, tapes, dh's gps system, blankets, pillow, clothes and on and on!

Peek: Sounds like you had fun with mom and the kids. Pizza places are the worst about prices. We have a really cheap one here called CiCi's (it's a chain) and I like their pizza but dh hates it. He is a pizza purest, handtossed meat lovers from Pizza hut which always gives me indigestion!

Hope Elle is having fun with the fishing. YUCK! I am one of those people who thinks roughing it means Howard Johnson over Marriot! I hate all that outdoor junk including camping. If God wanted me to pee behind a bush, he would have made me a dog!

Well, I have to search for a haircut online. My stylist took an extended leave of absence and no one is taking his business so now I have to try and find someone to cut my hair and I have a lot of trouble because of being blond and my hair is thin. They seem to chop the heck out of it.

Hello all! I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. I have just been stressing out over DH being out of work, kids being home for the summer, me not eating well at all, and now to add to it all my grandpa is in the hospital again and I am needing to check up on my grandma, and ooohhhhhh, I am just one big ball of stress. :stress: And I don't understand why going to a stupid meeting can make all the difference in the world on weight loss for me. I haven't gone to WW for 2 weeks and have done nothing but eat like a hog!:ink: What is at that stinking meeting that kept on track. Why is it I think I can eat this way now. I am sooo frustrated with myself right now. I soo wish I could go back to WW but the way money is right now, I can't afford to pay attention. I am hoping that by coming here, I might get a little clarity in my life. I am a mess right now.
