I know it's not the right way to do thing, so this morning I hit the gym and went on the elliptical for 45 minutes! 500 calories already burned! I've been good all morning, I just had a cup of tea and a half a cup of a protein rich special porridge my mom makes
This is the best I've felt all week and I hope this keeps up!
However, how do I keep myself from eating those unnecessary foods? Any suggestions from other people who've been through this? I don't want to sabotage myself any more!
