Tomorrow is the last day of a long term (yipee!). I've been eating fairly well, staying within my calorie range, which I up every Saturday for indulgences
I've been losing weight, but every now and again I feel the "need" to reward myself for...um...breathing? IDK, the term ain't over yet! Haha! This morning, I had a cupcake for breakfast (gasp!). I'm not beating myself up over it, but usually I tell myself...that can wait until Saturday, today I just "caved" without a second thought. The brain is a strange thing...methodically planning healthy meals one moment...flippantly downing a carb-bomb the next! How do you prevent unplanned cupcakes from sneaking into your diet? My plan is to skip lunch and eat chicken & veggies for dinner to balance things out a bit.
