  • Wondering if anyone is interested in any summer goals ... Memorial Day to Labor Day. I was thinking I want to lose 35 lbs, become deep, deep under the 300 mark

    I want to lose 6 kg by Labor day, so that's 2kg per month. Normally my diet is supposed to make me lose 100g per day, so I could theoretically lose 3 kg per month.

    At which rate are you guys losing?

  • I'm in too! I'd like to lose 30 pounds. Hope that's doable in 14 weeks but I think I can do it! So excited to be participating here and really hoping it will provide the inspiration I need to get back on track!
  • I'm glad you are in I know it's a long stretch but I love the season between those two holidays - great time to be active, but also great food - at least not as bad as that thanksgiving/christmas/new years goodie fest

    When I go on plan I typically lose 2-4 lbs a week but I'm bigger. I've been slacking lately - absolutely no accountability to my eating or exercise. I haven't budged since March-ish, up about 4 or 5 lbs since then. I'm going to do 37 lbs, that will get me at the lowest number I got last time I started losing

  • Ok 98 days! It seems pretty overwhelming but ill be happy with any progress at this point. Every day that I stay on track will be a huge deal as I usually give in by about 3pm . Today is Day One for me. We can do this!

  • I made a daily weigh in log sheet as a .docx file that goes from may 27 - labor day and some, if you're interested in me sending it to you, PM me your e-mail address. I like daily weigh ins, I always lose a lot more when I do because I love forcing myself to be accountable.

  • I'm definitely in!! Do you know how to create one of those Google spreadsheets? I don't but I know there are other challenges that use them and it seems like a great way to keep track of everyone!
