Lbs down, inches UP ?!

I weigh myself everyday. Generally before I go to bed and when I wake up. I don't obsess over a few lbs difference throughout the day as I know it fluctuates. Mondays however are my 'official' weigh in day. With measurements taken only on Mondays.

Last Monday I weighed 236 and this Monday I weighed 232. Which I'm HAPPY about. However, my measurements yesterday, a couple areas went UP.

Specifically: my calf and right under my bra line.
I have a freckle on my calf I go by, and a tattoo under my bra line that I go by. So I know I'm in the right spot. Not holding the tape any different, always not suckin in.

I did do some ab training last week, later in the week. But I don't know why under my bust went up. I'm not freaking out but I'm still like wtf.

Under my bust has been the most inches lost and where I usually feel myself getting thin the most. What's going on ?

Did you just start weight training?

It takes me several weeks (sometimes up to six or so) to see the water retention go down from my muscles. I start weight training and all of my pants and sleeves get tight right away. It will go away!

Several weeks ? I guess I didn't realize that. An I've been on and off weight training for a while but not consistently. Work and other obstacles have gotten in the way but I printed out a workout and am going to strive to do it everyday now that my life has settled down a bit. That's a little annoying but does make sense.

Thanks !
