I lived in a test area for McDonald's delivery about 15 years ago. It really did not work out so I wouldn't expect this to last. I think we got it delivered at home once but fast food places screw up orders so often that it wasn't worth the risk.

The time it was super convenient was when my grandma locked us out of her car and we had to wait hours for AAA. They delivered to us in the parking lot of a used book store hehe.

I don't really see the big deal to be honest. Think of how many other places deliver (think Pizza Hut, chinese food places, restaurants) with unhealthy options there as well. It all depends on what you pick! If I know I'm going to be stuck eating something unhealthy, I go online and look at what my options may be BEFORE I get there so I know what I'm getting myself into. Or I won't order anything until I can at least see what kind of things I'm eating. It makes it easier. Also, like somebody mentioned a lot of times fast food places place their calories right on the website or in the place itself so it's easier for you to decide what to eat. If you pick a 600 calorie burger vs a 250 calorie meal, that's on you not them.
