Extra sauce = gross is my reaction too, which is why we end up ordering two, half and half is easy with toppings... not so much with sauce

I keep lean cuisine pizzas in my freezer for just a situation like that. Friday night is pizza night at my house and my husband and son get take out, and I get the frozen one if I'm REALLY craving pizza.
That seems to do the trick for me. Also, if possible, I try to have them get toppings I hate (like black olives), so I'm not even tempted with theirs. Take out pizza usually take a good week for me to get off on the scale it's so high in carbs/sodium. Don't be discouraged, just get back to plan the following day. |
