Make Your own 5 lbs. of Fat replica
 

Have you seen those pics of the fat vs muscle replicas. I wanted one of the fat replicas for motivation when I lost weight, but I don't have any money. I found out that about 64 oz. takes up the same amount of volume as 5lbs. Of fat. So I made my own replica with pantyhose and rice. It seems pretty legit and to scale if I compare it to other pictures. It weighs about 7 pounds.

Your panty hose fat isn't nearly as nasty looking as the medical replicas. Good idea.
