I took The last 2-3 months attempting maintenance and I did fine stayed in the 180s it fluctuated all over the 180s but I was fine with that, I loosely watched my calories on mfp an exercised a little, not as diligent as I was prior, but enough I suppose, not really enough I slacked in that. So back from getting married and honeymoon which I ate without worry and just ate whatever, but i think it was ok because we walked ALOT while we were honeymooning. So I'm back to the grind I've worked out 4 days in a row (2 gym days 2 running days) and it's feeling good. I have about 40 lbs to goal and I'm ready!
