Very impressive!

Regarding your bony torso - the good news is that as you have less and less fat where you body prefers to take it, the problem areas will shrink much faster.

I would urge you to not have a weight goal. Forget the scale. Lift heavy, don't eat like a total A-hole, and enjoy your life.

Best advice I've ever seen. I'm totally stealing this and putting it in my sig. Words to live by!

Thank you guys so much! I love that I have so much support here and I wouldn't have gotten anywhere without you guys!

And John, I like your advice too! Lifting heavy has actually made me feel great and I don't know why I was so scared of it before. This whole experience as a whole has been a great learning experience and I love living healthily! Woo!

You know what else is awesome? Yesterday I decided to go play in the bathing suit section of my store because I have events coming up that require swimwear and I grabbed a bunch of 8s and mediums and they ALL FIT. Now, half of them looked like crap on me, but for once it was only a matter of style and not a matter of not being able to get the damn thing on my body! So exciting. This happened as I was playing in the dress department too after not buying/wearing a number-sized dress since before I started to lose weight! It's like it's all about style now and fit/size really isn't an issue anymore. That's a great feeling.
