I am on the STRUGGLE BUS getting in the zone. I'm trying to get into a good groove but this past week I've really just been fluctuating between the same 4lbs and I don't know what is what. I'm going to go to just weighing in once a week ... I've been stepping on the scale every day or two and it's just getting me down. I work out fairly heavily for the most part 6 days a week and am trying to incorporate more general movement into my regular days when I'm having a desk day so I know I'm just struggling with balancing the food with the amount I work out. I'm training for the summer hiking season (yes fat chicks can climb mountains) since I took the winter off from the trail so the exercise isn't going away so it's gotta be the food that get's figured out. I know if i can blow out of the 240s mentally I'll feel better so I'm gonna keep plugging!
I haven't confirmed yet, but I think the issue may be that I'm about to ovulate and apparently my body is going to hold onto weight while that happens. Coupled with the oily shine to my face, I suppose this is my first "surprise" after stopping birth control pills.
