Hi everyone...I need help/advice as to how to get off this plateau..ive been stuck here for about 3 weeks now..I weigh the exact same even right down to the ounces lol..thankfully I havent gained anything *knock on wood* I started exercising about 3 weeks ago as well too..nothing hardcore, been doing the Leslie Sansone walking workouts 2-3 miles 6 days a week(I cant do strenuous activities due to some medical conditions)..I drink about 5 500ml bottles of water a day..no coffee, no alcohol..I dont drink my calories..I eat around 1200 cals a day..I feel like if I cut them anymore I will be starving my body..I dont eat anything fried, sugary(dont have sweets at all)no breads, pasta, rice etc, I dont add salt to anything either...I just dont get it...what I was doing helped me lose 26 pounds since January..and now im stuck :( meanwhile the hubby on the other hand..has only changed eating habits and no exercise and the weight is just melting off of him :mad: grrrrrr lol I have 27lbs more to go until I reach my goal..it seems so close yet so far away

on a side note I do allow one cheat day a week..to try and "confuse" my body...I dont go overboard though, as my stomach gets full so fast now and I dont want to mess up my progress...also I havent lost inches either in these last few weeks

I found I am carb sensative. I cut out bread, potatoes and rice. I'm losing about 2 lbs a week. I even ate fried chicken this week and still lost 2 lbs, so far.
