Hello there,....I've used this site to vent...and it helped as it made me realize two things...first we've all had our moments with getting off track when it comes to our diets...get up and dust yourself off and get right back at her..which you did! So give yourself a little credit. Secondly, you need to stay away from the scale ... give your body time to adjust. Do you realize that some people can fluctuate 5-6 pounds daily on a scale...so maintain a relationship with the scale as it helps keeps us on track but maybe designate one or two days a week only. Tuesdays and Saturday mornings and that is it! Hope that helps. PS...I also wanted to mention that perhaps you need to increase your protein intake per day with all that exercise.

I know exactly how you feel. It can be so stressful. But I'm learning that you just have to trust your body and yourself. Keep up the good work. Don't over do it.

See the odd thing Rachel is that I got on the scale again and fluctuated about 3 pounds but I didn't care about the number this time . I think what made me snap last time was the guilt of eating the way I did after so long .I ate a gelato on the weekend when I was out with family and didn't feel bad about it , I actually enjoyed it lol . I now fluctuate between 120 and 121 and I'm just like "eh whatever" whereas if it happened that week I would've freaked out .

P.S sorry for bumping an old thread , just felt bad that people took time to reply and I didn't answer back lol .
