That is great! How many days a week do you do this? I'm only able to use 5 pound dummbells now, but hope to move up to 8's next week or so.

Fantastic! I will be adding the laying on the floor lifts to what I've been doing so far.

It's usually 4-5 days a week. I don't have a strict schedule for it. But pretty much every other day.
