Personality traits I like: intelligent, resourceful, creative, unconventional, willing to take risks, very good concentration powers (but terrible multi-tasker)
Physical attributes I like: height (used to hate it), well-proportioned facial features, flat stomach & indented waist at age 56.

Personality: I am very very empathetic and considerate. I always think about other people and how they would feel if I did something or say something. I put myself in their situation even if I don't agree with it!
Physical: I have a very symmetrical face and I like my facial features. I like my boring grey eyes, my short, stubby hobbit-nose, and my lips are not big and not small. I feel blessed to have such a well-porportioned face!
Personality- I am smart, strong, loving and compassionate. A loyal friend, girlfriend, sister and daughter. I never give up and I am a great mom.
Looks- I love my eyes and hair "its very long and thick" and the fact that even at my heaviest people always didn't believe I weighed that much "well proportioned curves" and I really enjoy having "pouty" lips.
Wow... this called for more introspection than it should have:
Non body - I am very loving and devoted to the people in my life, sometimes to the detriment of my own well being
Body- I have a pretty awesome figure, very classic hourglass and my boobs have always been very nice, if very big. Right now I'm just an "upsized" hourglass.
Personality: I like that I have changed into a think before I judge person. Always think about walking a mile in someone else's shoes before judging them
Body: I like my new found waist, never really had one even when I was thin. I like resting my hands on it and knowing its much smaller.
In terms of personality, I can always make my friends laugh, I'm good at foreign languages, and I'm extremely compassionate. I get along with almost everyone.
Looks wise, I think I have nice eyes and a good smile, and when I lift heavy and am at a healthy weight, I get great triceps, biceps, and calves!
After so many years of hating myself, I've finally fallen in love with myself in the last few years so I can prattle off a lot of things I love about myself!
Personality-wise, I'm loyal, funny, sensitive, thoughtful, and compassionate. I love with my whole being. I'm quick-witted and have a way with words. I'm a great friend, wife, and mama
Looks-wise, I think I have a beautiful face and I love my features. I love my skin tone, have great skin, thick hair, and I like the shape of my body -- (as in, I'm proportionate).
This isn't a looks thing but I am so grateful I'm so healthy too. Never get sick and never had a weight-related issue, thank God.
